I have tried adding color to some text in teh edit window by using html code (hitting the html button and then doing this:

<font color="#FF0000">Make this RED</font>

But when I hit the update button it strips the html I just put in back out...

Any ideas?

That would be done in the theme CSS and that controls the text color for everything. PHP dictates how a page is loaded onto your PC so changing the HTML style will do nothing. The text may be read by php but not it's attributes.
You could overide it, but I am not the one to ask how Wink
